00:52 – I created a free updates sign up form.
01:05 – It’s very easy to opt-in.
01:20 – I thought people would sign up… but they didn’t.
01:41 – People care more about a specific offer than free updates.
01:56 – When I have a specific offer, I attract the attention of people who are interested in that specific thing. People are more engaged.
02:33 – Create an offer that’s going to resonate with your target market.
